The housekeeping supervisor at Sheraton was really good. When our room had issues with the shower and AC, she promptly moved us to a new room and provided excellent care and assistance throughout. The spacious rooms and cute atmosphere were also highlights. I highly recommend this hotel.

My recent stay at this hotel was luxurious and satisfying. the exclusive amenities fulfilled my needs and provided an elegant stay. the private facilities were a highlight, allowing me to relax and unwind in a serene atmosphere. the room advantages were impressive, showcasing the finest furnishings and decor.
There was a minor issue with the restaurant service. the food took longer than expected to arrive and was not as hot as desired.

During my Easter stay, I was impressed with the spacious and well-furnished rooms, equipped with fantastic bathroom suites. the beautiful view from the pool terrace and the attentive service from the staff were the best aspects of my experience. the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
The cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations, with some of the towels and amenities not being replaced upon request.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were helpful and made me feel welcomed. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished with a fantastic bathroom suite. I also loved the hotel facilities, particularly the swimming pool terrace and the family/couple sunbath boxes. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel's location was amazing, close to many attractions in the city. The room was well furnished and spacious, with a fantastic bathroom suite. We also enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant.
The cleaning service could be improved. We had to remind the staff to clean our room and change our bathroom towels.

The hotel's location and room size are impressive. Guests also appreciate the large rooms and fantastic bathrooms with high, end finishes and facilities. the staff is hospitable; they have a welcoming attitude since the day of check, in. the breakfast restaurant has a great atmosphere where duty staffs cater to their guests' needs. the swimming pool terrace and various other amenities on the hotel premises enhance the guests' overall experience.
Guests have reported some issues with in, room dining staff.
